Beach location: Accessed from the main
Corfu to
Paleokastritsa road. Watch for the signposted turning. You need to be vigilant as this is a fast road and you can be quickly past it. From the main road through the resort, Dassia beach is signposted in several places with the distance varying between 0-1 km.
Disabled access: Yes-Access is possible at several points.
Car parking: Limited at the beach itself. Best to park in the resort and walk or utilise one of the car parks associated with particular eateries or bars.
Food outlets/restaurants: Yes-Lots of provision.
Sand/pebbles/shingle: If you like pebbles, you'll love Dassia!
Sunbeds/umbrellas: Yes.
Showers: Yes-For toilets, utilise the bars or tavernas.
Safe for children: Shingle underfoot giving out to sand at the waterline. Water gets deep pretty quickly. Supervise less proficient swimmers.
